Carlo Ancelotti, Thomas Tuchel in the frame for Leicester City job

Alejandro Moreno weighs in on the future of Leicester City after Craig Shakespeare was sacked just four months into the job.

Keeping on Craig Shakespeare beyond the end of last season was always high-risk, but given the now ex-Leicester boss did everything right over the summer makes his departure look pretty cutthroat. Shakespeare held on to Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy and landed better offseason signings than Claudio Ranieri did in 2016-2017, despite the latter having the carrot of Champions League football to dangle. Shakespeare had some tough early season fixtures to navigate and will rue...

Leicester manager Craig Shakespeare praises his team's fight after they came back to earn a draw against West Brom.

Leicester have parted company with manager Craig Shakespeare following Monday's 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion, the club confirmed on Tuesday, with sources telling ESPN FC that they want Thomas Tuchel as his replacement.

Shakespeare was named permanent Leicester manager on a three-year contract in June after keeping them in the Premier...

Leicester manager Craig Shakespeare praises his team's fight after they came back to earn a draw against West Brom.

It is a tragedy for him, a comedy for his vanquished foe and marks the completion of an extraordinary story in the history of the Premier League. Craig Shakespeare, the assistant who stepped forward to replace his manager Claudio Ranieri at Leicester (after he was sacked a few months after winning the title in 2015-16), has been sacked. It is a tale just three witches short of a Macbeth reboot.

Shakespeare's demise comes as a huge surprise, but this is not the first time that the Srivaddhanaprabha...

Half-and-half scarf at Leicester-West Brom bosses begs question: why?

The half-and-half scarf is truly a curious beast.

To some, it's simply a memento of a particular fixture; to others, it serves as the manifestation of all that is wrong with modern football: the transient loyalties, the rampant commercialism, etc.

Just when you thought you'd seen football merchandise reach its nadir, Monday night's Premier League clash between Leicester City and West Brom coughed up a curious evolution of the game's most derided souvenir.

Presenting, the managerial half-and-halfer.

What...
