Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe said Romelu Lukaku should have been sent off during Manchester United's 1-0 victory.
Lukaku sank Bournemouth with a 25th-minute header at Old Trafford on Wednesday -- his first goal in the Premier League for a month.
However, Howe said Lukaku should been dismissed late in the first half. The Belgium international escaped a booking for a late challenge on Nathan Ake early on and then received a yellow card for catching Harry Arter from behind in the 43rd minute.
