Hakan Calhanoglu 9/10 as AC Milan end season in style with win vs. Viola

Hakan Calhanoglu was the focal point of AC Milan's attack in a 5-1 win over Fiorentina.

AC Milan ended their season in style with a 5-1 win over Fiorentina at the San Siro on Sunday. A Patrick Cutrone brace, and goals from Hakan Calhanoglu, Nikola Kalinic and Giacomo Bonaventura secured all three points, with the Rossoneri sealing sixth place in Serie A to qualify directly to the Europa League group stage next season.

Positives

Milan fully deserved their comprehensive win as they responded well to going behind and produced some quality football to secure a comfortable victory....

David Beckham among stars at Prince Harry, Meghan Markle's royal wedding

ESPN takes a look at what Prince William's journey from the Royal Wedding at Windsor to the FA Cup final at Wembley would've looked like, had he decided to do both.

Five years after he played his final professional match, David Beckham's post-retirement career in being really, really ridiculously good-looking has gone from strength to strength.

The former England captain's latest opportunity to show why he's still a global icon came on Saturday as he and wife Victoria arrived at Windsor Castle for the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Beckham -- whose trophy-laden career took him from Manchester United to Paris Saint-Germain via Real Madrid,...

Could Gianluigi Donnarumma be playing his final match for AC Milan on Sunday?

AC Milan head coach Gennaro Gattuso admitted he ate a live snail before the club's 2010 Champions League last-16 clash against Manchester United to ease the tension.

AC Milan were just minutes away from securing sixth place in Serie A on Sunday, but as a win at Atalanta slipped away in injury time, they'll now have to complete the job on the final day of the season against Fiorentina.

Sixth place holds significance. Having gone through the qualifiers for the Europa League this season, the Rossoneri will have played more than 50 games when the campaign comes to an end, and the packed schedule has certainly taken its toll on a squad lacking in quality and depth.

Franck Kessie earns a 7/10 as 10-man AC Milan collectively stumble vs. Atalanta

AC Milan's Franck Kessie refuses to celebrate after scoring against his former club, Atalanta.
Franck Kessie was the best of an uninspiring bunch for AC Milan against Atalanta.

AC Milan conceded an injury-time equaliser in Bergamo on Sunday evening as Atalanta held them to a 1-1 draw. Franck Kessie's strike appeared to have secured sixth place and direction qualification to the Europa League group stage, but the Rossoneri may now need a result against Fiorentina on the last day of the season to be certain of avoiding the qualifiers.

Positives

It wasn't a great performance from the visitors, but the win appeared to be secured. Kessie's goal was certainly the highlight of...

Donnarumma's Coppa Italia mess raises fresh questions about his future

Donnarumma's awful game in Wednesday's Coppa Italia final will require every ounce of composure to move beyond.

Gianluigi Donnarumma looked like he was trying to hold back the tears. Milan captain Leonardo Bonucci and back-up goalkeeper Marco Storari immediately sought him out at the full-time whistle; clearly the two of them felt their teammate needed some consoling. Wednesday's Coppa Italia final will probably go down as the worst night of Donnarumma's young career. Not only did Milan lose 4-0, a result Rino Gattuso considered "a lie," but in four second-half minutes Donnarumma made two costly mistakes...

Gianluigi Donnarumma, Suso fall short on the big stage again vs. Juventus

It was a rough day all-round for Milan who unravelled in the second half vs. Juventus.
After a good 45 minutes, Milan came undone during a disastrous eight-minute stretch during the second half.

AC Milan suffered a heavy 4-0 defeat in the Coppa Italia final to Juventus in Rome on Wednesday night as they fell short of claiming silverware this season. Medhi Benatia scored twice either side of Douglas Costa strike while Nikola Kalinic put one into his own net late as the cup holders sealed a comprehensive win.

Positives

Milan looked compact, organised and a threat themselves in the opening 45 minutes, and that was followed by a bright start after the interval. Their lack of elite quality...
