Jason Dasey and Brad Maloney discuss the arrival of Michael Essien and Carlton Cole to Indonesian side, Persib Bandung.

Despite Michael Essien scoring his first goal in Indonesia on Saturday night, Persib Bandung were disappointed to drop two points after being held to a 2-2 draw at PS TNI in the second week of Indonesia's Liga 1.

It means that the 2015 champions are winless after two rounds, despite a massive preseason spending spree to beef up their squad.

Jason Dasey and PJ Roberts preview the Malaysia FA Cup quarterfinal matchup between JDT and Pahang.

Pahang will aim to score an early goal to convert their advantage when the 2014 Malaysia FA Cup champions travel to face Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) in the quarterfinal second leg of the 2017 edition on Sunday night.

Dollah Salleh's side won 3-1 in Kuantan on April 1 in the first leg, but captain Matt Davies warns that a two-goal advantage won't be enough for the hostile atmosphere of Larkin Stadium as the top two teams in the Malaysia Super League (MSL) face off.

The Indonesian careers of Michael Essien and Carlton Cole have hit an early obstacle as Persib Bandung take on PS TNI for the second game of the Liga 1 season on Saturday without their two high-profile imports.

The former English Premier League stars made their debuts on April 15 in a goalless draw at home to Arema, amid great fanfare and international interest. But their hopes of helping Persib pick up a first win of 2017 have been dashed due to red tape.

Essien and Cole were reported to the West...
